I see working up in positions as a totem pole and every time I gain experience and knowledge I move forward, there is no looking back. Not only do you improve yourself as a person but you start to see the way society works differently and trust me it is a cold, cruel and competitive world and everyone will step all over you if you let them. I see working in the workforce whatever it may be is just temporary until you have a fair amount to invest and change yourself from an employer to an owner.
